SUP – Stand Up Paddle

No wind – no problem. Stand Up Paddle is an excellent and funny exercise.

Very easy to learn by one or two lessons and for the most sophisticated we organize SUP YOGA training.

Our stand up paddle courses are specially developed to make learning easy.

Lessons are separated in:

  • Enclosed Flat Water
  • Exposed Waters
  • Downwind & Distance Paddling
  • Advanced Racing
